Reads the HTML file and prints out what date the HTML file was last updated on. This is great to have on your page, since it tells viewers how recent the info is and you don't have to keep reentering all the date info when you update your page.

Displays the page where the visitor last was on the screen. Used for display and storage purposes. This is a convenient script to have if you move your page and need to tell people to notify the owner of the previous site where you were linked. Also, this is used often in trackers now-a-days to dispaly where a site's viewers came from. You, in turn, could have this javascript set up to e-mail you the referrer information if you only get 10 or so hits/day on your page.
